Admin-only questions
Admin-only questions allow organizations to maintain a clear separation between information visible to parents and information that is intended for internal use only. This feature is a useful tool for tracking information required for government reporting, lines of questioning that take place over the phone and many other use cases.
Admin-only questions are uploaded during the application setup process at the same time as normal application questions. Admin-only questions appear in the Application Detail view for administrators, but are not visible to families.
Viewing and editing admin-only questions within a student application
To view and edit admin-only questions, navigate to the Applications view from the left hand side navigation panel:
From the Applications view, access an individual student's Application Detail view by hovering over the application of interest and clicking on the gray bar highlighting the row of the application:
In the Application Detail view, scroll down to find application questions and answers. Admin-only questions are tagged with an "INTERNAL ONLY" icon () and are only visible by administrators. To edit the answer to these questions, click the "Edit" button at the top right corner of the section, update answer(s) and click the save "Save" button at the bottom of the section.
