Filter by verifications

You can filter the applications based on verification status so that you can know which ones need to be reviewed. To do this, you can go to the filters section on the responses list and look for the verifications filter section. You can collapse/expand this section by clicking on the header. 

There are 4 options that can be selected:

• "All" is selected by default which means no filter is applied
• “Pending” is used to filter for fields that have not been “Verified” or “Rejected”
• “Verified” is used to filter for fields that have been “Verified” as correct
• “Rejected” is used to filter for fields that have been “Rejected” because the information is not or additional information is needed

Upon clicking on “Pending,” “Verified,” or “Rejected,” a list of all the possible verifications in the application will be displayed. Selecting these checkboxes will filter for applications that have the selected verification status for all the verification categories that were selected. 

💡 Note: Verifications that are not in use by any questions in the form will not show up here
